Questions about bids
Is this bid sheet template really free?
Yes. You can make as many bids as you like, and download each one as a PDF.
What should a bid sheet include?
Your business details, who the bid is submitted to, a bid number, the date and how long the bid holds, each line of work with its price, and the total. Use Notes for what the bid includes and leaves out.
Is a bid binding?
It depends on how the bid is worded, on your state and on the project. Say in the Notes box how long your bid holds, and ask a lawyer before you submit one for a large project.
What's the difference between this and Koteshen?
This makes one PDF at a time. In Koteshen you send the price as a quote, your customer accepts it online with a click, and you can ask for a deposit when they do (Basic plan and up). It's free for 14 days with no card.
