Is this receipt template really free?
Yes. You can make as many receipts as you like, and download each one as a PDF.
What should a receipt include?
Your business name and contact details, who paid, a receipt number, the date it was paid, what the payment was for with the amounts, and the total paid. Use Notes to say how it was paid.
Is a receipt the same as an invoice?
No. An invoice asks for money and a receipt confirms that money was received. Send the invoice first, and the receipt once it's paid.
What's the difference between this and Koteshen?
This makes one PDF at a time. In Koteshen your customer pays an invoice by card from the email, and the payment is recorded on the invoice for you. It's free for 14 days with no card.
