Questions about proposals
Is this proposal template really free?
Yes. You can make as many proposals as you like, and download each one as a PDF.
What should a proposal include?
Your business details, who it's for, a short description of the work in the Notes box, each line of work with its price, the total, how long the price holds, and your terms.
How is a proposal different from a quote?
A proposal usually explains the work and why the customer should choose you, then gives the price. A quote is mainly the price. Use the Notes box, which has room for 2,000 characters on a proposal, for the scope and your terms.
What's the difference between this and Koteshen?
This makes one PDF at a time. In Koteshen you email the price as a quote, your customer accepts it online with a click, and you can ask for a deposit when they do (Basic plan and up). It's free for 14 days with no card.
